ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Orders may be placed online at www.magoni.com at any time. 

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. 

Please note everything is handmade to order by the Artist, therefore we do not hold stock ready to ship. We endeavour to send all pieces within 2-3 weeks, however should you require an urgent order, please do let us know here in advance so we can look into the possibility of a quicker turnaround. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

If you wish to cancel the order, please allow for 24h to do so, so after placing this so we can ensure we can issue a full refund to you. After this period of time please contact us as if the materials have been purchased the order will no longer be able to be cancelled.

MAGONI reserves the right at any time to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment.
